Club Policy on Lost or Damaged Items

The Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. However, the Club is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on Club premises. This includes, but is not limited to, items left in lockers, on the courts, in the clubhouse, or any other area within the Club.

Policy Details:

  1. Personal Responsibility: Members and guests are responsible for the security and care of their personal belongings at all times. It is recommended that valuable items be kept at home or securely stored while at the Club.
  2. Lost and Found: The Club maintains a Lost and Found service. Items of value that are found will be secured in the administration office or the manager's office. Members and guests are encouraged to check with the Lost and Found for any missing items.
  3. Reporting Lost Items: If an item is lost, members and guests should report it to the Club administration as soon as possible. While the Club will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items, it cannot guarantee their recovery.
  4. Damaged Items: The Club is not liable for any damage to personal items that occurs on Club premises. This includes damage caused by other members, guests, or environmental factors.
  5. Insurance: Members and guests are encouraged to check their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies for coverage of lost or damaged items. The Club does not provide insurance for personal belongings.

By entering Club premises, members and guests acknowledge and accept this policy. The Club reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
